Fluffernutter Baked Oatmeal

This is my version made this morning.  The original recipe came from here:

1/2 cup Rogers Porridge Oats
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon sugar free Vanilla Jello pudding powder
1 cup water
Splash of Vanilla
2 Tablespoon Toasted Marshmallow Sugar free syrup
1 Tablespoon Natural Peanut Butter
10 Mini marshmallows

Stir together dry ingredients.  Add wet ingredients, stir.  Pour into dish sprayed with nonstick spray.  Sprinkle with marshmallows and drop bits of PB on top.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.  Let cool for 10 minutes.  Dig in!!!
