Alright...so I (W) have thought about it. AND have done this workout a lot since I posted that I was going to do this challenge. Then I thought some more. This is rather daunting, and I wanted more participation than just the Hardcores. So I came up with this:
10 Days to 100 Burpees Challenge
Instead of just busting out 10 minutes every day for 10 days, we are going to start at one minute. We will add ONE minute every day. Day one, 1 minute, day two, 2 minutes and so on. That way you can feel like you are building incrementally instead of busting your ass 10 days straight.
The whole idea behind our challenges is they are manageable. We all do big workouts everyday, but this is for that little something extra. To see improvement in a weaker area in a short time frame. It is doable. That is why we like it. We don't want to add another big workout on top of what you are already doing.
SO...on that note, Monday June 27th will be the START of the Deadman's Burpee Challenge. The challenge will end on July 6.
