Double Chocolate Hazelnut Baked Oatmeal

Makes 1 serving


Ingredients:



1/2 cup dry oats

1 cup water

1/8 t. baking powder

1 t. vanilla extract

2 T. DaVinci sugar-free Hazelnut syrup

2 T. liquid egg whites

2 teaspoons sugar free chocolate pudding mix, dry

1 Tablespoon White chocolate chips


Directions:


Mix the above in a sprayed oven-proof bowl. Sprinkle Choc chips on top.Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Fat: 8grams

Carbs: 44grams

Protein: 10 grams



**would have been PERFECTION with some toasted crushed hazelnuts, which I thought I had but didn't***
